Experimental piece based on an early 20th century illustration and some lovely photos of an Edwardian socialite. I can't claim that the background is original - it's heavily influenced.
This is like a salut to the Mucha.
She is truly beautiful.
Ha! Rose´s sinking gown from Titanic, am I correct?
No, unless they based Rose's gown off the same photograph of an Edwardian Socialite that I referenced (I've only seen tiny bits of Titanic so I'll have to take your word that the costumes are similar)
Gorgeous. I mean it.
lovely... looks like Kay Nielsen's art
*gasp!* DEFINITELY love the early 20th century style!!!!
Wow, I'm really impressed by this one. She looks so clean and lovely.
Absolutely gorgeous- and a great influence, it's always awesome to look back at older masters.
Thank you. I'm enjoying looking back to old masters. The turn of the century illustrators are some of my favourites
That is gorgeous!
